SEALING IN DELHI IS  VIOLATION  OF MCD ACT CAIT TO FILE CHARGESHEET AGAINST MCD WITH HOME MINISTER Recent drive of sealing of commercial establishments in Delhi will Destry the distributive character of trade of Delhi and will put lakhs of traders and their employees jobless, if immediate steps are not taken by the MCD and both Central & Delhi Government to protect the traders from onslaught of sealing-said the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT)  CAIT Secretary General Mr. Praveen Khandelwal alleged that MCD is conducting sealing in utter violation of Municipal Corporation of Delhi Act,1957 which is passed by the Parliament and a statutory Act. He warned that no MCD official will be spared for avoiding the responsibility of violation of MCD Act.
