RAIL BUDGET - A VISIONARY DOCUMENT COMMIT DOMINANCE OF POLICIES The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), apex body of the business community of the Country has termed the "Railway Budget" as a visionary document speaking committing dominance of economic policies on political compulsions.
